Emily Jane Browning was born in Melbourne, Victoria. Her acting career at a young age. Her acting career began in the early stages of her career. At the age of nine she played a supporting role in the Australian television drama starring the family "The Echo of the Thunder.' After her TV appearances, she gained further attention. She then played the daughter of lead character in the comedy film 'The Man who Sued God'. The film was hugely popular. She proceeded to appear in the film of horror 'Ghost Ship', which focused on a ship's encounter with paranormal beings. Apart from her appearance in the American psychological terror film "The Uninvited" She has also appeared in some other noteworthy films. In the film she was portrayed as a young girl with psychological damage that was able to leave an institution. She was internationally known for her performance in the film 'Sleeping Beauty', an sexually charged thriller. The film which starred her in the lead role was an enormous success. Her role was equally very well-received. In her most recent role Browning plays the lead character in Golden Exits.
