Between 2006 and 2008, she appeared in"Whistler," a CTV program "Whistler". Then, in 2006 she made her acting debut in the horror supernatural movie "Final Destination 3" and also made a cameo appearance in the romantic teen drama "John Tucker Must Die." Subsequently, Crew later starred in the romantic comedy film "That One Night." Additionally she was a co-star in the supporting performance in the horror supernatural film "The Haunting in Connecticut" as well as a role in"The Breakup Artist," the film about romance "The Break-Up Artist" in 2009. Crew played the single heroin addict's mother in the thriller crime film Charlie Zone in 2011.
